We save submitted inquiries and count website interactions to improve our service. We do not use advertising trackers.
Inquiry records
Submitting the inquiry form saves your company/contact name, email, requirements, destination and selected references on our server in China. We use them to review your request and contact you. Inquiry records are retained for up to 180 days; private daily backups are kept for seven days. Contact us to request deletion.
Website statistics
We count page views, product views, additions to the inquiry list and clicks on WhatsApp/email by page and language. These counts do not include form content, email addresses or persistent visitor identifiers. We do not set analytics cookies and respect your browser’s Do Not Track setting. Counters are retained for 90 days. Clicks are not proof that a message was sent.
Your selections and external messages
Selected references stay in your browser storage until you clear them. WhatsApp and email drafts contain the details you choose to share; review and send them yourself. Those services process your information under their own policies.
